By accessing or using NODO (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. NODO is operated by NODO SRL, registered in the Dominican Republic.
NODO provides AI-powered business automation through WhatsApp. This includes automated customer conversations, appointment scheduling, lead capture, invoicing, and related business tools. The Service is designed for small and micro businesses in the Dominican Republic.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
All prices are in Dominican Pesos (DOP) and billed monthly. Your free trial lasts 14 days. After the trial, your selected plan will be charged automatically unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard settings.
NODO uses artificial intelligence to communicate with your customers on your behalf through WhatsApp. While our agents are designed to be accurate and helpful, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing agent performance and adjusting the knowledge base as needed. NODO is not liable for business decisions made based on AI responses.
You own all data generated through your use of the Service, including conversation histories, customer information, and business data. You may export your data at any time. Upon account termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
NODO is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not responsible for lost revenue, missed messages due to system downtime, or any indirect damages.
