Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

When you use NODO, we collect information necessary to provide the Service:

  • Account information: your name, email, business name, and phone number
  • Business data: services, prices, hours, and knowledge base content you provide
  • Conversation data: WhatsApp messages between your agents and your customers
  • Usage data: how you interact with the dashboard (pages visited, features used)
  • Payment data: billing information processed securely through our payment provider

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To operate and improve the AI agents that serve your business
  • To process billing and manage your subscription
  • To send you operational communications (briefings, alerts, reminders)
  • To provide customer support

3. Data Isolation

Your business data is completely isolated from other NODO customers. Your knowledge base, conversation history, customer information, and agent configurations are stored separately and never shared with or accessible to other businesses on the platform.

4. Data Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS). WhatsApp messages benefit from WhatsApp’s end-to-end encryption. We store data in secure, access-controlled databases. Payment information is processed by PCI-compliant third-party providers — we never store your full card number.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access all data we hold about you and your business
  • Export your data at any time from the dashboard
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data
  • Correct inaccurate information in your account

6. AI & Your Customer Data

NODO’s AI processes your customer conversations to generate responses, book appointments, and qualify leads. We do not use your customer conversations to train AI models for other businesses. Your conversations are used solely to serve your business. When NODO’s AI engine (powered by Anthropic’s Claude) processes a message, it does so in a stateless manner — no customer data is retained by the AI model between conversations.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account cancellation, data is kept for 30 days (in case you change your mind), then permanently deleted. Billing records are retained for 5 years as required by Dominican tax law.
